The regulator is bad or clogged fuel screen or just leaking/loosing fuel prime. try to key it up a few times to build prime before starting. no matter u need to replace the pump if its not holding 55psi at the fuel rail.

I am not sure if I have injector pulse since I don't have the tool to check. We have replaced the distributor and crank shaft sensor already, and after replacing these parts, the car ran for a week but now does not seem to be getting fuel. How would I check for fuel pressure at the rail?
Thanks, Diane
