My daytime running lights in my 1998 grande cherokee are not working what are somethings I can do to try and fix this problem before change the daytime running light modular

Take it back to the garage and ask them to fix the problem under the warranty on the job. They are working before and now they aren't. They left something disconnected, blew fuses or damaged a relay.

try replacing the relay for the daytime running lights

MAYBE THERE IS A BREAK IN THE WIRE SOMEWHERE

daytime running light module is defective..it is located around battery tray,near fuse block..needs to be replaced

Do your high beam headlights work? If you have a burnt high beam light the daytime running lights won't work and then the service vehicle soon light comes on.
