From the bach, remove small cover then unplug connector, there should be a clip or a round holder twist holding ring in the counterclock wise direction and remove then plug back and light should come rite out, hope this helps.
Though this solution would work on most vehicles, the Saturn bulb must be replaced by removing the 5 screws that hold the black wheel well cover up above the front tires. Once you have removed those Phillips head screws, you can bend that rubber well cover out of your way, and then reach up in there to remove the lamp socket. Be advised that this vehicle used REALLY CRAPPY lamp sockets, whose wiring is substandard, and either melts or breaks, causing intermittant bulb outages at first, and ultimately complete loss of headlights.I complained to the NHSA about this, and finally, (after I already ordered replacement lamp sockets online, and cut and spliced them in, myself) received a letter from Saturn, offering to replace the sockets, free of charge, up until December 31, 2013 (I drive a 2008 model). Additionally, they are offering reimbursement for any already completed repairs, at "Reimbursement Department, PO BOX 33170, Detroit MI 48232-5170, after completing a form, and including receipts.
SOURCE: want to replace bulb in headlight in 2007 saturn outlook how hard is it"
It's not hard. Open the hood, locate the backside of the lite thats out(follow the wires) give the housing a slight counter-clockwise turn to remove it.
The bulb should pull out. Use a tissue to re-install the new bulb, as the oils on your fingers will cause the new one to overheat and burn out, prematurly

Best method that I found is to just take the 6 phillips screws (4 in the well and 2 below the front bumper cover) out of the forward wheel well panel and reach in behind the panel to the headlight assembly.

To replace a headlamp on a Saturn Outlook you need to access it via the wheel well. So jack up the car and remove the front tire. You'll see a collection of phillips head trim screws and plastic snap in panel connectors holding the plastic wheel well in place. Remove the screws and snap in connectors. To remove the connectors, pry the center button up with a small screwdriver. One it's up the whole connector should pop free.
Remove the wheel well.
Turn the black plastic cap on the back of the headlamp assembly 1/4 turn counterclockwise and it should come free. Now the lamp wiring and connector should be visible. Turn the lamp ~90 degrees and it should pop free. Test the bulb. More people have problems with the wiring connection and the bulb is usually OK.
