On your model,there is a separate hazard relay to the turn signal relay.On the fuse block(right-hand side kickpanel just inside the r/hand door)the upper left relay is the turn signal relay.Bottom right is for the hazards.Hope this helps you.
Sorry.I made a mistake on your year model.Yours is a combiation hazard and turn signal relay.Take off the knee blocker panel that is under the steering column.Reach in from the left and the flasher unit is a square shaped unit.Probably need a torch.It sits in a retainer.Pull it out slightly then unplug it from the wiring connector.Sorry about the mixup.Hope this is a bit more help:)
