The answer of course if low oil pressure. Replace the oil filter with a Purolator, Wix, or Mopar filter and change the oil installing 5w20 weight oil in the crankcase. Make sure to pour in the exact amount as listed in your owner's manual. Do not overfill! If this does not solve the problem, It can also be a defective oil pressure switch. Replace the oil pressure sensor, and if the problem persists then you need to have this looked at by a pro to find out why your oil pressure is low.
You have answered your own question. You idle is too low. Check all hoses, and gaskets for leaks.

so many psi of oil pressure. if it only comes on when the engine drops to it's lowest idle try adjusting the idle up a bit to maintain more oil pressure.if the engine is idled to high already STOP take it to your local dealer!
