I have a 2004 nissan maxima. Every time i rev the engine i always hear water gushing from the bottom passenger side. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? thanks.
Air can get trapped in your heater core. Sometimes you can use a floor jack and raise the passenger side of the vehicle, start the car and leave it running until the coolant cycles and the fans come on then rev the engine a few times to 2500 - 3500 rpm and let up. If this won't push the air through then you may have to remove the upper heater hose while the engine is running and let the air out. Probably a little harder than it sounds. I believe there also may be a coolant bleeder at the top of the intake where the coolant flows to the radiator. Crack that open with the engine idling.
I hope this helps.
