Hi,
The factory paint code is normally inside the engine bay by the firewall. It would be a sticker type/nameplate for external color and would have three digit number such as G13 or WWP or A31. It could also be found at radiator support, driver door
jamb, passenger or door jamb.
Alternately, there would be several variations of green:

THe timing of the oil pump is irrelevent as no matter where it is timed as long as it is pumping oil. you must have a leak from a cam or crank seal or maybe the oil pressure sender. hope this helps. regards Ben.

OBDII wasnt introduced until 1996. It should have an OBDI system though.
