SOURCE: 1992 Mitsubishi Pajero factory paint

Hi,

The factory paint code is normally inside the engine bay by the firewall. It would be a sticker type/nameplate for external color and would have three digit number such as G13 or WWP or A31. It could also be found at radiator support, driver door jamb, passenger or door jamb.

Alternately, there would be several variations of green:

  • A86 – Greenish Silver Metallic Clearcoat
  • F26 – Foresta Green Pearl Clearcoat
  • F50 – Bluish Green Pearl Metallic Clearcoat
  • F89 – Neptune Green Metallic Clearcoat
  • G13 – Timber Green Pearl Clearcoat
  • G31 – Hannover Green Metallic Clearcoat
  • G39 – Cancun Green
  • G73 – Turquoise Green Metallic Clearcoat
  • G84 – Kilder Green Pearl Clearcoat
  • G90 – Santiago Green Metallic Clearcoat
  • G98 – St. Amour Green Metallic Clearcoat
  • L53 – Canadian Green Metallic Clearcoat
  • L95 – Loire Green Pearl Clearcoat
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

SOURCE: 1996 Mitsubishi Galant Timing Belt and Oil Pump Timing

THe timing of the oil pump is irrelevent as no matter where it is timed as long as it is pumping oil. you must have a leak from a cam or crank seal or maybe the oil pressure sender. hope this helps. regards Ben.

I have just removed a head of a 1992 mitsubishi 6g72 pajero motor expecting to see a blown gasket ??

You are missing the cause, the next step is to PRESSURE TEST the head, a machine shop does that for you. Long story short, something, somewhere is damaged, keep investigating until you find it.
