I have a 1999 VW Passat 1.8l turbo. It has codes P0300 and others

I have a 1999 VW Passat 1.8l turbo. It has codes P0300, P0302, P0303, and one of the P0320-P0323 codes. I have replaced the plugs coil packs and two broken vacume lines, and still get the same codes and the engine runs terrible, has a loss of power. plugs 2 and 3 are wet as if they are not firing at all. Any suggestions?

Change the plugs first...clear codes. if they recur, replace the ignition control module.

They may not be firing. I would check spark from coils. You may have a bad coil pack. Do check for any vacuum lines. You can go to autzone.com and register for full free online repair manual
