It stalls when i am driving slow most of the time it restarts but last night it took multible times and the service enigine light is now on again

This sounds like a Camshaft or Crankshaft Position Sensor is failing, but can be any multitude of problems. Get the Check Engine Light scanned and report back what code you are getting.

Vortec 4wd 2dr auto trans stalls while drive

you might want to look at your O2 sensors, they can cause the motor to run lean or rich. also you might have an electrical issue that is tripping your ECM. your electronic control module might be faulty. best solution is to get a trouble code reader and find out what your on board computer has stored. from there you can repair and clear the codes.

When driving, the car is jumping and will cut off

Your timing is off, need new alternator, or get the free Nissan recall done where they reprogram the computer to run at higher RPM.

2003 Altima shuts off while stopped at red light

If you have a Service Engine Soon light on, then having the computer scanned for codes would be recommended. The code could indicate what the problem may be. The most common is cam and crank sensors.

I would have it checked to verify.

Thanks Jay!

Car keep shutting down

SOUNDS LIKE THE IDLE AIR VALVE IS CARBONED UP TRY SPRAYING CARBURETOR CLEANER INTO AIR INTAKE AT THE THRUTTLE BODY WHILE HOLDING IDLE SPEED AROUND 1500 TO 1900 RPMS USUALLY AFTER SPRAYING FOR SEVERAL MINUTES ABOUT HALF A CAN THE PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ...IF THIS DOES NO GOOD YOU MAY HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALER TO HAVE THE IDLE SPEED REPROGRAMED IN THE ECM WITH THE DEALERS DIAGNOSTIC SCAN TOOL....USUALLY FOR AROUND 50 TO 60 BUCKS HOPE THIS HELPS
