May be a stock ignition relay, or faulty switch.
your ignition switch is bad and will need to be replaced to prevent this from happening again.
In the meantime, the only way to get the engine to turn off without damaging anything is to disconnect the battery cable.

run the fault codes as there are sensor problems
it should be still under warranty so take it to a service dealer for the fix.
