First, check to see if any computer codes are stored. With a scanner check the reference voltage to the throttle body sensor and coolant temperature sensor. If the TBS is reading 5 volts then the computer will think the system is flooded and not fire the injectors. If the CTS is bad the computer will think it is 40 below and flood the engine. Also be sure that the plugs are good and the air filter is not plugged. How much pressure is in the fuel rail? 50-60 psi is running pressure.

check to see if you are getting a spark from the plugs. Just pull the plug and connect it back to plug wire. Then with gloves ground of that plug at the threds. Have someone try to start it only allowing 3-4 repatisions, and see if you have a spark. If you dont have a spark, then it would be eaither be the sparkplugs, plug wiers, or your coil is bad.

disconnecting the battery on an alternator is a no no. that was how they used to ck generators but an alternator can be damaged with no load in the circuit. Try changing out your MAF sensor. 1st sensor coming out of the air cleaner. good luck.

the first thing to do is scan the computer for codes, also when the module was installed did you clean the mounting area good? the next thing i would look at would be the crank sensor, also theres a reprogram on these cars, the dealer needs to install or update a computer progranm on some of these, you would have to call with the vin #, this doesnt affect your nostart condition, its just something you should have done,

Spark could be its only problem, you say the ignition module is okay? Are you talking about the ignition coil, mounted at the end of the cylinder head? That is not the ignition module, the module is located on the left front fenderwell in front of the strut tower, small black rectangular shaped box about a half-inch thick. Have you checked the timing belt? Hope this is helpful, let me know.
