What can I do to get my tail lights, dash lights, blinkers, parking lights, heater and windshield wipers working again?

Hello, I have a1996 toyota tercel I just bought and had been sitting approximately 8 months. The tail lights, dash lights don't come on .Windshield wipers and blinkers don't work. Flashers headlights work. Checked fuses under steering column but they were all good. What else could I check? Checked fuses under hood and they were all good too. The blinkers and parking lights don't work either.

SOURCE: tail light stop working on my 92' toyota camry

In the car trunk, there may be a electrical relay box behind the panel on the left side. It is usually no bigger than 4 inches by 4 inches and yellow in color. This is present in 1987-1991 Toyota Camrys and is generally not in most repair manuals. This yellow electrical relay box may have burnt out. Best place to pick one up at an inexpensive price is at the car wrecking or salvage yard. It is very expensive at the dealer. It is easy to replace with no special tools required. I have done this on my 1991 Camry,

SOURCE: no low beams toyota tercel

This could be caused from bad dimer switch/ lost ground for high beams / or is it possible both of your high beams are bad? have you used a test light at the light to verify no power and good ground?

SOURCE: Toyota Corolla 2006; Dash lights not working and

I had the same issues. Dash dead, tail lights dead. Fuses were fine, Dimmer relay was fine...So I got to the Tail Light Relay.

Removed the glove box, one screw on the right. Reach up (above the space where the glove box 'area' would be and there are 3 or 4 relays all sitting on top of a junction box. All of them were loose. I pushed them in...and voila! I was getting scared after the obvious.

you blew a fuse. check fuses in both fuse boxes..
ahh yes, the IP cluster lamps are dad, but not the idiot warning lights
only the parking lights in the cluster are dead. right.?
and the park-tail, running lights and dash dim lights are all the same.
my guess three is a short on the TAIL fuse, the TAIL fuse blew
and took out: park-tail, running lights and dash dim lights are all the same.
it blew. most are marked tail even thought it runs side lamps and front parking lamps... TAIL is wrong, they are parking. lamps it truth.

Turn signal hazard lights work but not running lights

The parking lights should be on a different circuit from turn signals - hazard lights. The bulbs usually have two filaments, one for each circuit.
On most models there is a tail light fuse and relay that handles front and rear parking lights.

I have no tail lights or blinkers but my brake lights work. my driver side headlight is very dimm and i have no dash lights

change the tail light bulb, maybe use either 1034 or 1057 for older model American cars, you can take the tail light out any get another one see if it is working.
