Well, it will definitely be in one of the fuse boxes. So check the manual or Google it.

It sounds like the auto stop mechanism may have been moved when you removed the wheel. It should be a bump in the collar the hits the signal lever and causes it to move back to the off position

I don't think there's a fuse for your brake lights....I know there'e one for your tail lights and that should be where your fuse box is located..
