2012 toyota highlander display screen just went blank

The main Navigation screen has nothing to do with how the vehicle starts and runs so the two will not be linked. The issue you have is just with the Nav system or the display it is used on.

Get a new radio to fix that . A dealer might be able to arrange a repair , but usually replace .

Remove the display and have it rebuilt or replace new, cost new around $3500.00

On some of the newer vehicles, after the install you may need to get the dealer to do a software update so the vehicle knows that there is now fog lights. it may not know they are there yet.
