I just purchased a schumacher tactical jump starter light and of course, just my luck, the manual was not with the product anywhere in the box. I charged it fully and whenever I plug the jumper cables into the light to jump my car the green led light flashes frequently. The tab on the side of the light states the if said green light is flashing to refer to the manual immediately. Again, I have no manual so cannot figure out what the problem is

have you checked the fuses to make sure you didnt burn any out?

There is a small black box under dash by steering column that has a little red button on it. Push that button and it will reset the alarm. Whenever the power is removed from the system it will trigger that alarm and flash your lights. Easy quick fix. Box is about 4" x4" and just to the left of the column. if you put a scanner on it you'll prob get a code telling you what prob is.if you have a autozone or,pepboys they could put scanner on it and tell you what prob is the only way

it sounds like you have blown fuse to the Alternator.. I don't know what car you are talking about but they charging systems vary.. But if alternator isn't getting all the power it needs it won't charge. this should be checked.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
