I'm looking for the fuse box inside a 15 jeep compass. My radio is getting power but not playing music.

The first thing to do would be to check the fuses and relays covering those functions. In reality, you need and auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer.

No because if the phone connection works, it means the radio amplifier works. You either have a radio stage issue or an aerial issue. In fact it appears to be a well known issue!

Your owners manual should have fuse box info. The integrated power module should be under the hood close to air cleaner assembly. The top may have label telling you which fuse does what.

open glove box, remove oper. guide, read fuse page, it's there.
lost that? its free on line at all jeep dealer, get it , keep it.
compass, on the newer jeeps they integrated the fuses. 2007+ on most.

main fuse is probably blown. its on constant power e.g for radio memory and other things that need the power on all the time.

on most of the jeeps , you have fuses and relays , located in black boxs , under the hood , on the drivers side, i believe the cover on the box , says power distribution, remove the cover and look for the diagram on the inside of the covers, this will tell you what the fuses and relays are, also they are marked on top of each other, look for 1 that controls the lift gate., also make sure that there is no restriction blocking the gate from completely closing.

Get yourself an ohm meter or just a regular test light, start from there, check wires to fuse box and behind gauges and so forth, if the light don't light up, most likely is a break in the wire, can also be an electrical switch or another possible fuse
