When you activate the front washers. Do the wipers also activate? If not check for a blown fuse first. This vehicle has one pump for the front wipers and one for the rear. You will need a test light or multimeter to continue and you will need someone to assist you during testing. If the front wipers are working then you need to test the wiring to the front pump. Locate the front pump and unplug the electrical connector. You will use your tool to test for 12V grong to one terminal and test for 12V momentary power at the other terminal. Your helper will be needed to test for the momentary 12V power. You will ask that person to turn the ignition key to the RUN position (NOT RUNNING) and activate the washer pump level. Through one of your tools you should see power when you ask them to activate the washers and you should see the power go out when you ask them to release the lever. If no power is detected. Verify that your tool has a good connection on both connection ends. If there is power and ground you most likely need a new pump. If there is no power you will need to let me know how you want to continue.

the washer pipe will have blown appart.this happens if you opperate the rear washer when it is frozen.it will either be off in the tailgate usually when this happens there is water around the catch when you open the tailgate.or in the headlining in the left rear, have a feel and see if the headlining is wet.to avoid this reoccuring use a good screenwash with frost protection.

Check power at the pump motors. You may not see a fuse because some run off a circuit breaker. If all else fails, a bit "backyard" but you likely could break out the washer pumps from the system and make a simple push button on the dash to operate them.

In that jeep you have the two modules in the front doors (driver door module DDM and passenger door module PDM). They both are energized through a circuit breaker. Chech the breaker as a first step. It is located in the fuse panel named K. The fuse panel has only two circuit breakers, check the one that is located above the other one. The fuse panel is located on the kick panel on the passenger side, just ahead of the hinge, inside the vehicle you will see it has a piece of plastic as a little door you can grab and pull to expose the fuses.

The rear wiper has its own pump motor. pull the hose from the wiper and have someone engage to see if there is a clog. do the same at the motor. if bo liquid comes out then its the pump. also check fluid level in reservoir as well as a possible secondary reservoir
