There is no fuse just for the front power windows . A main power supply fuse for the driver an passenger door modules supply's power for door locks an all power windows . Locks an windows are controlled by the door modules (computers) . The driver door module communicates with the passenger door module via C.A.N. - controller area network serial data bus . Watch this video , it's not the same make , model or year ,but jeep is a chrysler product , an yours works the same . Watch this video , pay for a repair manual supplier like www.alldatadiy.com

An buy yourself a professional scan tool like the guy in the video an check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes .

Per Chilton Auto repair manual:

Removal & Installation

  1. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
  2. Remove the rear wheel.
  3. Siphon a small amount of brake fluid from the master cylinder reservoir.
  4. Insert a small prybar through the caliper opening and pry the caliper cover (using the outboard brake pad) to bottom the piston in the caliper bore.
  5. Remove the caliper slide bolts.
  6. Remove the caliper from the anchor.

WARNING Support the brake caliper with mechanics wire. Do not let the caliper hang by the brake hose.
  7. Remove the brake pads from the caliper.
To install:
  1. Install the brake pads onto the caliper.
  2. Lubricate the slide pin bolts with grease provided with the brake pads, or suitable silicon grease equivalent.
  3. Install the caliper on the anchor and tighten the slide pin bolts to 18 ft. lbs. (25 Nm).
  4. Install the rear wheel.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Pump the brake pedal several times until a firm pedal is obtained in order to properly seat the pads.
  7. Refill the brake fluid reservoir to the proper level.

SOURCE: I need fuse location for windshield washer on 2006

Normally all fusebox are properly labelled (labelled as washer or accessories) But to be sure, you can check all the fuse for busted ones, by running a continuity test for each of the fuses, using a multi-tester. Set the multi-tester to Ohms 1 x 10 or 1 x 100. Take the fuse one at a time and put the probe one to each fuse contacts. The reading should be
zero for good one and no movement for busted ones.

SOURCE: ac/heater fan switch problem on a 2006 jeep commander

next to the fan motor there should be a connector that has three or four wires that attached to the blower resistor. it should have two screws holding it to heater case, just pull it out and replace.

Testimonial: "This info was very helpful but need a little more info of where the fan motor is located. I will post another question to find that info."

2006 jeep commander radio went blank and key fob lock no longer works

Not sure, like always check the fuses If it's blank and non responsive check for power to the power wire at the back of the unit. Might have to replace, just not to sure on this one. If you do some testing and comment back we can try to come up with steps for you to take.

On the driverside control panel the front windows and door lock switches do not work. I am guessing it is a fuse or switch but can't locate a seperate fuse for that panel only

look through the owners manual it will give you a break down of fuse pannel what fuses protect what circuits also check if door lock or windows work on any other door if they work then it is not a fuse and will be directly related to main combination switch on door try this first
