Likely an MICU issue.
First check fuses 21, 7, 8, 27. Test in circuit using a test lamp to battery negative (check both sides of fuse). Fuse 21 is the power feed from the ignition switch, so expect that is good. The others bypass the ign. switch so one or more of those is where the MICU gets power for locks when ign. switch is off.
If fuses check OK, then test the MICU. See following link.

All you need to do is push the Shifter in harder into park and the key will come right out.. I had this problem once too.. The car just doesn't know it's in park because you didn't push it in far enough.

if you have a valet key, stick it it on the passenger side when unlocking door, so it wont alarm while you open the door hope that helps
