If fader control dont fix that then amplifier or amplifier fuse is a problem

This is going to be a general response for where to look to access. My first point would be the trunk. There is a false panel on the back that can be removed. It is just snapped in. This is going to be the most likely spot. The other way is to remove the back seat back rest. The bench should pop out, again with tabs and that should expose the bolts holding the back rest in place.

Pull the bottom seat up and out. two bolts hold the back rest on, remove them then pull it up and out. Pop off the trim bezels on each side. Then there are 2 to 4 plastic plugs holding the back cover on.

Why ? Take it to the dealer ! It's still under warranty , messing with it could void that warranty sometime down the road .

Check the switch in the steering wheel as well as look for a bad ground.
