Check coolant temperature sensor
Check the earth connection clean it
Well first we have to make sure that wires to the fuel pump have continuity from the pcm to the bulkhead connections that bring them into the passengers compartment and then from the connectors that send the wires down the frame rail to the trunk ///check the full cut off inertia switch somebody might have hit you and set it off check that fuse to next if you had a lot of heavy stuff in the trunk something could have broken 1 of the wires that goes through the grommet in the trunk to the fuel pump this has happened from spare tires flying around unsecured and trolley jacks check all of this first then post back to me and we'll go further all electrical connections must be clean and tight oxidation and corrosion can cause this kind of mayhem especially at the power distribution box cable and lug and the strip that's inside that goes down the box to each fuse so start in the front with cleaning and checking continuity ok

Hey lets try this ! Locate your starter solenoid & look for a yellow wire marked with a "W" . That may be the fusible link for fuel pump. Let me know what you find.
SOURCE: Which relay is the fuel pump relay?
The fuel pump relay switch, if that is what you are looking for, is actually a red button hidden underneath the hood latch. We just had to do the same thing and that will fix it. Just press the red button and you should be fine.

Check the fuel pump reset switch again, if it is popped back out then replace that little switch in the trunk, any ford one will do. it works off a magnet and a bearing to close the circuit for the fuel pump. easy fix.

Also I know you said fuses are look good but pull them and check and that power distribution box strip could've corroded at the fuse point rendering it inoperative
