If you do want to try a repair at very least go on eBay and try and find a used factory repair manual set. If you google each code the explanation of the code will show, but it will only give you a system of the car, that means it can be a sensor or a part or the wiring or the computer that runs the system. If your vehicle is a Ford the P1000 means emission system diagnostic is not ready, & P1151 means you have an emission system problem. You will need to determine and fix the problem causing the P1151 before the P1000 code will clear. The P1000 code requires several driving/operating conditions be met before it will clear.
It means it has stored a code in the FORD PCM and you will need a dealership or auto repair facility to retrieve the code that triggered it and possibly fix whatever triggered that code, or they can just clear it out, or you can clear it out by remove the battery cables for about 10 min
