If it's still throwing that MAF code with a new MAF, then your problem is likely a dirty throttle body.

plugs do not get overloaded with fuel
the induction system runs excessively rich from bad injectors or leaking injector seals
a faulty pressure regulator will contribute to the problem by making weak seal leak but I suspect that there is a injector control problem or heated oxygen sensor failure
have the fault codes read first as that saves considerable money

You will need to get the fault codes read as the fault can be any of the following
abs sensor fault
wiring fault to any of the sensors
abs ring lost teeth or read fault
abs controller self test fault
abs pump fault
brake line not holding pressure slight leak

Disconnect for the Battery for about 15 minutes to reset the computer, disconnect the Mass Air Flow Sensor, the M,A,S is on the air filter to the fuel injector there should be two wires on the M,A,S go to the Auto Parts store and buy Mass Air Flow Sensor cleaner read the directions on the can, spray, put back together plug the two lines back in connect the battery and away you go.

Have you checked the EGR valve? The P0449 EVAP code is normally or the purge solenoid on the intake. Unplug the line that feeds the EVAP system from the purge valve and connect a vacuum gage. It should flutter while it is activated. If not, that could be the culprit.

Possible Causes:


Charcoal canister is loaded with fuel or moisture . Fuel filler cap is loose, cross-threaded, damaged or wrong part . Fuel tank, fuel filler neck or fuel sending unit 'O' ring is leaking. Fuel tank pressure sensor is damaged, disconnected or it failed. Fuel tank vapor line(s) is clogged, damaged or disconnected. Purge valve vapor line is clogged, damaged, or disconnected. Purge solenoid or Vent solenoid has a small leaking (sticking.) PCM has failed . TSB 01-06-04-007A contains a repair procedure for this code.

This fault code is indicating a fault in your fuel rail pressure sensor. It is a very common fault with this model, usually just replacing the fuel pressure sensor that is located on your fuel rail will fix the fault. Here is a discription of it and location:

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Battery.
2. Relieve the fuel system pressure.
3. Disconnect the fuel line from the IPR.

Disconnect the IPR electrical connector and the vacuum tube.

1. Remove the IPR.

• • Remove the bolts.

INSTALLATION

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure. NOTE

• • Before installing the IPR, inspect and lubricate the O-ring seal with clean Super Premium SAE 5W-30 motor oil XO-5W30-QSP or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSS-M3C153-G.
  • Hand-tighten the bolts before applying the final torque.

valve cover right side front icp sensor removed apply 5000psi gage and
crank engine over have someone monitor and report
if this pressure is less then 500 psi it will not start removed gaged
key ignition at run apply shop air min 100 psi and listen at oil fill for gurguling oil sound
if so oil leak in hi pressure oil side
