I would check the wheel speed sensors VSS Then check the VVS sensor transmission out put sensor .
So if the front wheels are moving at the same speed then you turn one wheel has to move faster because it moves a longer distance .
That being said the stability track is axle related sensor bearing tire rim you need to understand and look at it closely
Get the code read. Most parts stores where I live will read them for free

most of the new cars with such computer system to control the engine and other functions , such as brakes, anti-freeze level, that why the light on and tell you that you should watch out certain things, you still can drive the car, but you have to go to the dealer and let them check you car and reset the computer system and then all the light will be off.

Check to see are your brake light working! if not you have a faulty brake light switch - 10 min repair job at your local VW service centre. With no brake lights you'll need to get it seen to ASAP!!

one of the four load stability sensors (one at each wheel suspention arm) has gone awry. Computer diagnostics (Advanced scan tool) will tell you which one. Suggest replace both on front or both on rear (whichever the case)
