Check the fuse if not could be the motor.
I don't know. please look in owner's manual for fuse location and inspect/change. my blower [Ranger pick up] was located under hood in front of passenger seat and i bought a used blower to save $$$$. easy for me to install. friend's car [pontiac vibe] had bad heater resistor cardon inside firewall at passenger's feet.- $75 new - easy to replace.

you can get a recharge kit at Auto Zone, the car has to be runnung to fill it. . This is the first thing I would do, to see if it's out of freeon first.
Ask the Auto zone man to come out side and help you refill it. They will help if you ask.
