You can't if by 'take off', you mean bypass or disable it. The anti theft system is there to stop what you are trying to do, drive the car without the correct credentials, key chip to the ECM. Just reset it.

what you are doing is a short cut to costly repairs as a spun bearing usually requires a new con rod as well as bearings

Ford calls it cylinder head temp sensor, notice the circle in picture. Notice arrow at bottom that says front of vehicle for orientation. That's the best picture I have. good luck
