tried to find the wiring diagram..... it only tells me components on the one i found and it states horns... plural.... look between the radiator and front grill... the horns should be located there. i would suggest that to activate both you might have to hit both switches on the steering wheel at the same time.

You Will Need A 13-14 mm Wrench for Caliper Bolts .A Large Flathead Screwdriver to Spred open Caliper/Shoes to Remove Caliper from Rotor,
After rhis you Can use a LARGE "C" Clamp to CLOSE Caliper Piston.

Please let me know if u find out what this is. I have the same exact vehicle doing the same thing. It's almost like a bubbling threw the breather. We changed the map sensor because it was code that come up on the computer alone with the same codes as yours. The map sensor did not fix the problem. Could there possibly be a factory recall?

The Wrench light is a Throttle/Powertrain light, if its shifting weird this may be a problem. It could be a few things. I would take it to a repair shop that deals in hybrid parts, maybe even a dealer. Here is a link that goes in-depth of the Wrench light. As the article says it could be anything from a $12 part to a $1,000 hybrid part. Some are getting this light do to overheating of the Hybrid batteries, hope this helps,

Pry up the chrome ring around the shifter.
Lift up the console lid and pull out the black container.
Pull up the center console from the cup holder end, it is held down with snap in clips.
Now on the drivers side, on a black box in front of the shifter, the code is on the top-right corner of a white sticker upside down.
