If it unlocks one door, it should unlock all. The fob usually has to be pressed twice to unlock all doors. One press is usually just drivers door. If your door button doesnt unlock them, then check the fuse panel, and the relay..
Testimonial: "I will check those! Thank you!"
Key fob and door unlock button will not unlock all the doors ???? None ? Drivers door lock , passengers doors ???
Testimonial: "Jeff, when using the fob or the door unlock button, only the driver door unlocks. Maybe one of the others. I can't get the hatch open (only once in a blue moon) and the other 3 doors. I was thinking a relay was going out or just bad all together. Just being wonky and random. Pain in the rear when my hands are loaded!"
LOCK/MIRROR 10 A fuse--Located in the I/P fuse block, supplies power for the door lock switches and relays.
• DR LCK 20 A fuse--Located in the I/P fuse block, supplies power to the relays.
Door Lock and Unlock Operation
When a door lock switch is activated in the lock or unlock position the body control module (BCM) will receive a voltage signal on either the door lock switch lock or unlock signal circuits.
The BCM, upon receipt of a lock switch lock or unlock signal, will switch the appropriate lock relay control circuit(s) to battery positive voltage. This will energize the appropriate lock or unlock relay(s). The relay will supply voltage to the door lock actuator lock or unlock control circuits to one side of the lock actuator. Since the opposing side of the lock actuators are connected to ground through the other lock actuator control circuit and the normally closed contacts of the lock or unlock relay, the doors and liftgate will then lock or unlock appropriately.
Three relays are used to operate the lock. Driver door unlock, passenger door unlock and all door lock. This is done to isolate the driver door lock actuator so it can be unlocked by itself using the keyless entry transmitter.
yes
You can't check the relay's (replace them ) The relay's are what they call PCB relay's - printed circuit board relay's . Soldered onto the circuit board inside the I/P fuse box. . If the fuse's are good the next thing to do would be to view a wiring diagram an test electrical circuits . I would assume you don't have a factory scan tool too check the switch inputs to the BCM . The lock relay's are controlled by the BCM , an you can view this data with a good scan tool .
Well thats wrong. I just checked the relays in one of these the other day..
Not all of them .
So , your saying GM service info. is wrong ? Na , that just can't be . lol
2007 model year shows regular relay's , 2008 model year shows PCB relay's .

The battery may need replacing. I've experience the same problem and the battery was the problem. Good luck. Ned

you may have to replace the remotes and then have them reprogramed for the car because they do go bad but if there is an autozone near you they will test the remotes for free

Insert key into door barrel or ignition lock and turn key, whilst doing this press the unlock/lock button, the led on the dash should flash to indicate this has initialised the key to the car, then remove key and test operation of remote. If this fails then a new remote plus coding to the car by your dealership is needed
