I have a 2003 dodge 3500 5.9 Cummins in the morning or after the truck sits and cools when I start it.it runs fine after about 35 mins the circles around the PRNDL start blinking then the check eng light comes on and goes off 3-4 times then stays on then the tack and speedo stop working and that happens 3-4 time then my gauges stop and my fuel gauge goes to empty. Also my abs and air bag light come on and off. After about 5-8 mins this all stops and everything starts working in almost the same order that it stopped. Then its good until the truck cools and its starts again. Can somebody please help me!!!!

There is probably a strainer type filter in tank, like every other unit I've seen, but I can't believe you don't have one between tank & engine. Take a look along the frame rails under the truck. If you follow the path of the fuel lines from the tank, my guess is you'll find one attached to frame. Most of the cars I've worked on lately are usually just ahead of the passenger side rear wheel, bolted to frame.

I believe chevrolet has a recall on this problem having to do with wiring repair at the tank.

You have some wiring problems shorting out that is coming from the dash board so if you or anyone you know how to use a multimeter to check the wireing harnesses plus check any connectors that might be just very touching the connector of dashboard which means a bad connection to dashboard.
