Vibration felt in front floorboard

2001 Mitsubishi Mirage----feeling vibration at front floorboard at 45 to 60 mph but not felt in back seat area. I bought new tires (michelin) and had
them balanced twice with same vibration. No vibration felt in steering wheel. Can cv joints cause this?
Dealer could not find problem.

Update 2001 Mitsubishi Mirage vibration problem.
A broken transmission mount was the culprit. A local
CV repair shop found it as soon as the car was on the lift. The dealer also put it up in the air but missed the broken rubber mount on their inspection. Anyway
no vibration now after replacement. Thank you for the good advice. Al

Yes it can but the dealer would have found it on the test drive if they test drove the vehicle. The only other causes for the vibration I can think of should have been found on inspection as well. Check your bushings and mounts for the sway bar and your tie rod ends as well.

I have a Mitsubishi Mirage de, and from around 30 mph until 45 mph, the front end shakes so bad that it makes the Intire car shake bad. Any suggestions?

Some one didn't do a very good alignment. If it was done recently, you may won't to take it back. Unless you been hitting some major pot holes. Vibration that comes and goes like that is usually tire balance. Might want to have the suspension checked. But they should have done that before the alignment. You can't align a vehicle if it has bad tie rods, ball joints or struts.

2003 Mitsubishi Outlander Grating Noise, Front Struts?

It very well could be the strut.
smaller chance could be the CV axle.
Also have the splash guards/heat shields checked to make sure they are all tight in place.

2001 Impala, strong right to left vibration felt in the front end ONLY when accelerating, NOT felt through steering wheel NOT felt when coasting, or slowing down, strait or turning vehicle tracks...

Has to be a drive axle, most likely an inner joint, should be able to feel the play if one is bad (jacked up to let the wheel spin freely).
Also. If the front suspension is weak,or lowered, the CV axle will bottom out in the inner plunge cup and make a terrible vibration.

Hi Experts, I have a 2011 exl 4wd pilot, it rides like I'm on a rutty dirt road, it also has a vibration that can be felt everywhere in the vehicle ex:steering wheel, seats, floorboard, gas pedal, console....

Well If i were you, I would call the dealer and complain about it because its under warranty for 5 years or 100K miles and your car is new and you don't wanna play with it or let any Mechanic to touch it because that will screw the warranty. Problems like that should be consider as RECALL. Good luck

When accelerating from approximately 0 - 20 mph

My immediate quick test would be to move the front tires to the back (and backs to front, of course) then try it out. If the vibration is still there but feels like it's coming from somewhere else (vibration could feel like it's in in steering wheel or seat), you've got a broken belt or bent rim (wheel). Don't want to get your hands dirty? Get all 4 wheels balanced -5 to 10 bucks per wheel.
