Basically all the electronics went out. It turned out to be the computer that went out. Thank you.
Probably need to take it to a repair shop. Sounds like it could be a faulty alternator, a broken wire, blown main fuse. Or poor connection at the battery.
Testimonial: "Thanks Tim. I'm assuming I will need to take to repair shop but was hoping I could find out if maybe it was simply a fuse. I forgot to mention that the Trailblazer starts and drives. Do you know what fuse is the main fuse or what it is called? Thank you."
Check the control module under the rear passenger seat drivers side
Id suspect a dead battery.

It may be as simple as reprogramming your system. There is a way to re-synch your keys to the system. Use the instructions at:

That vehicle had a lot of problems with the PCM "Power Control Module" and that may be your problem.

Most cars these days have this designed into the window system. Its a safety issue and I'm afraid there may nothing you can do. If there is more window track below the bottom of the glass, look for stops bolted or rivited in the track. If so, you may be able to move them down. However, this is dependent upon the drive mechanism, which may also limit window travel.
