Sounds like you have a thermostat that has stuck open and is letting the engine run too cool. when car is still there is no airflow to cool off radiator and you get heat, while driving the coolant is always cooled off and no heat.

Need input on engine code for engine temp staying low too long

Have you not googled your obd codes
& diagnosed them, to find a problem

No idea why you would do all you did

You always resolve code related issues first

The coolant temp should be 210 all the time

Sounds like your not looking at scan tool data
or following any factory trouble charts or actually
know what coolant temp is,your just assuming & not
doing the required testing to verify things

01 grand.prix ac fan switch only works on high. has a duel temp controller when you turn fan off the only way fan comes back on is to move the temp controller levers

Hi!!
When the Blower Motor Resistor (controls blower speeds) goes bad, the blower motor works only on HIGH SPEED. REPLACE IT.
BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR Removal & Installation
  • Disconnect negative battery cable.
  • Remove right lower instrument panel insulator panel.
  • Disconnect blower resistor connector located behind right side of dash.
  • Remove blower resistor screws and blower resistor.
To install, reverse removal procedure
Good Luck!! A HELPFUL - 4 THUMBS - rating for this solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for using FixYa!!

'98 Jeep Grand Cherokee - My Heat/AC worked intermittently for a few days and now blows only heat. Changing the Heat/AC settings doesn't change the temperature at all. It blows very hot. AC is still...

The control for the AC/Heater door isn't working. To have AC the door has to close so that the hot air is not being blown into the car. When this door is closed it allows the cool air to pass through. This is either controled by vacuum or a ele. switch
