But if you are talking about rain guards for vehicles then I'd have to say yes! I bought some for my car through ebay and they were easy to apply and I love mine and after 4 years, they are still working good. I can crack my window while its raining without getting soaked.

If there are no more trees around your house, it would be suitable for you to get the gutter cleaned twice a year. Once when the spring starts and then in how weather of the summer season. I get got seamless gutter installed in my house with the help of Tallahassee seamless gutters and till now I haven't cleaned it (about two years) but the drainage is working really well.

It depends on how it is fixed to the house, but it needs to have a 'fall on it. That means it needs to be lower at the downspout end and higher at the other end. It also needs support about every 2 feet to stop the aluminium gutter sagging.

look on hooded vent area( under windshield whippers) sometimes there is a drain line that gets plugged with leave and dirt use a air line blow through and clean out this should do it

remove the rubber/metal strip that covers the rain gutters they are held in with plastic clips, best done in warm weather. the plastic piece in the back near the spoiler is VERY brittle be carefull there. in the front, middle and rear of that channel you will find the small divots where it looks like tape that was painted over covers the 6mm holes. I used SS 6mm hex button cap screws from fastenall to hold the brackets (home made) down. ***NOTE if you make your own brackets, the front mounting points are lower and slope foreward***. I RECCOMEND 3M 5200 marine adhesive and a gasket to seal between the roof and bracket. you will have to notch and bend the rubber/ metal strip to get it back on OR remove the plastic clips and leave the rain gutter open, it works BETTER this way.
