Just finished installing rebuilt injectors and new sleeves on my 2001 7.3 in an F350. Won't start.

if it is a common rail diesel , check the fuel control module ( run fault codes)
if the pump has steel lines to each injector
bleed the air from the pump and then loosen of each line at each injector
turn the engine over until you see drips of fuel from the injector line nut
tighten each nut and it will start
indicates air in the injector lines

Not getting power to fuel pump on 1987 pontiac bonneville.all fuses and relays have been replaced.also new fuel pump.HELP!

Engine computer supplies voltage through oil pressure switch. No oil pressure no power to fuel pump. Turn key on you should get a 12volt shot to fuel pump to prime system. After that the oil pressure switch has to be good to continue to hive 12volts to pump

How do i prime the engine after rebuilding 3.1

What kind of engine is it? As far as the pistons go you should have used motor oil or the like on the rings when you installed them. If you're talking fuel and it's a fuel injected engine, you shouldn't have to prime it as the fuel pump pressurizes the system and shouldn't need any other source.

I stalled a fuel pump on 2002 GMC Sonoma 4 cyl. She stared right upI installed a fuel pump on my 2002 GMC Sonome engine 4 cyl. It started righd not startet up. But, after driven 2 miles, stalled

It is very important to look at the four pin connector that plugs onto fuel tank sending unit the hot wire that runs the pump gets loose and burn the connector making intermittent connection they make a replacement plug for this problem also check the connections on the inside i have those fail once.

1995 trans sport van new fuel pump, won't start

If the pump continued to run after shutting off the car you fuel pump relay was probably staying latched. I would replace the relay as well based on your info. Along with the pump the fuel filter should be replaced too and fuel pressure should be checked. Make sure your ground is good also.

Injector not working why put new injector new computer new fuel pump does it have injector relay 1987 celebrity

Check fuel pressure. Have you replaced the fuel filter on schedule? Verify that the fuel pump is getting power. Power goes through an in-line fuse, then the fuel pump relay or the oil pressure sensor. (The relay bypasses the oil pressure sensor while the engine starts, but fuel pump power goes through the sensor during normal run operation. If you lose oil pressure, the fuel pump is shut off to protect the engine.) On four-cylinder models, the fuse is in the fuse block (E PUMP 10)
The fuel injectors are connected to the ECM fuse on one side and straight to the engine computer on the other side. Check the connectors and wiring, especially at the injector.

I have a 1988 Chevy K2500, V8-350 cu. in with TBI. I have fire, but there is no fire running to the fuel pump. There is a new fuel pump relay installed and the fuse is also good. Truck ran fine, then...

Oil pressure switch puts power to the pump after it is started.

Pumps also tend to loose their ground with age. I often splice in a new ground at the pump to eliminate that problem area.

Need some votes, thanks

No power to fuel pump on a 94 cherokee what could be the problem? all relays are new.

the oil pressure switch conjoins to the fuel pump feed upon starting the engine. once the engine gets to normal oil pressure the computer will shut the feed off from the oil switch and turns the relay on to take over till you shut the engine off. If the fuel pump is good try this test. Turn the key to the on position & do not start the engine. You will hear the fuel pump running if the oil switch is good
