There should only be a couple. One will be from inlet manifold to the brake booster.
One will be from distributor to carby for vacuum advance.
Add a photo if there's more and I'll label them for you.

Could be the fast idle cam for the choke. When the choke is closed the fast idle cam holds the throttle open until the choke opens.
The cam should be on the opposite side of the throttle cable.

Datsun 1600 main fuse

The small pigtail coming off the positive battery cable should lead to a fusible link (about 3 inches long, with a connector on each end, wire may be green). If not a fusible link, look for a small case-like box mounted to car frame, containing a fuse element strip, also right after or around the battery.
