Get your self a repair manual (Clymer, Chilton or Haynes) for your van, The pictures and step by step instructions are very helpful. These are not very expensive and can even be picked up sometimes at used bookstores. Pulling it is not a simple task for the first timer but being the right side makes it a lot easier than the other. I could write a small book telling how to do it, get the manual. No real tricks just make sure you have all the tools and can securely jack and support your van. You will probably use your allotment of cuss words by the time your done. Getting the axle out past the strut can be a challenge. Pulling the axle out of the trans. is fun, takes a bit of force to get the internal snap ring to release and the same when you put it back. Good luck.
