Every time i stop the car it has a rough idel and the check engine light is flashing, when i step on the gas the light is still there but it dosent flash and the car dosent shake I changed the spark plugs, ignition coils , fuel filter, air filter , sometime is rough idel and sometimes not but i still feel it ...I get cylinder 1234 misfure and lean bank 1... i switch the injectors and coils ..and still 1234 misfire and lean bank 1.....
What kind of engine do you have? if it is the 2.o F.S.I your crank case breather valve can be acting up on you and will cause these concerns. If you have a 1.8t check the wire harness going to you coils look for cracks in your harness the ground wire if you see copper that is you problem will need to get ignition coil wire harness and cut and splice in new wire harness
check your wire harness going to your coils
you could also have a vacuum leak a bad one if it is setting a fault for lean misfire also check you air filter that could kill you M.A.F and could also cause misfires are they sporadic faults of hard faults. check vacuum lines also the breather system that sits down below you intake manifold look for oil soaked rubber hoses one that looks like a pipe breaks allot. hope that helps
that is a good possibility. spark plugs should be ngks you can get them anywhere but getting from dealer is a good idea. so you know you are getting the right ones. Al long as your car is not chipped or anything. Question for you does the idle change on you when you step on the brake pedal. Your description still sounds like it would be vacuum related. can you hear any hissing when you step on the pedal if so the brake booster can be the issue. i know i am sending you in allot of directions this is new to me. so i have to picture the car in my head. One thing you can do to check the booster is to pull the black pipe out of the right side roll up a small but long piece of paper up and stick it down the hole if you pull it up and the tip is wet. that is the sign that you have gotten water into the booster that will cause your concern as well. Well let me know what you find sorry i did not get back to you earlier. been very busy day. good luck.

I have a new air filter in there the coils all of them have spark's..i didnt see any soaked hose's or any broken pipe's or hose's....I had this problem about 60miles right after i gas't up at a exxon gas station....i just thought of something if it was the bad gas i was having a change the spark plugs the same day but i didnt get it from a dealer bit from autozone..maybe what ever crapy gas i got went away ..and maybe its still shaking because of the spark plugs not from the dealer?
I have a 2005 Audi with a rough idel
