95 nissan maxima wont start

I have a 95 v6 nissan maxima cranks but wont start i check the sparplug
cable for spark and ther is no spark. i also change the crank senser but wont start please help

    Freddyyesme thank you for answering my question the only
    Problem is that this car dos not have any distributor
    It has igniton coils in spark plugs.do you have any other sugestions.

I had a 94 which i fixed this same type of problem by putting in a new distributor

Flooding plugs with gas either means you have no spark (often no codes will set for this) or fuel pressure regulator is faulty. Check for no spark first as this is most likely. If none, check ignition module, coil, crank/cam sensor.

Wont start after battery cables crossed! replaced blown 100 amp fuse along with a couple of others.engine cranks strong but just wont start.was running fine until this happened.any suggestions?
check for spark on sparplugs or sending unit it migth get damage when your cables crossed

It has a chain. they usually do not have problems with them.
Check to see if you can hear the fuel pump come on with your ear up to the open gas cap whil;e someone tries to start the car for a second.
You should hear it come on for four seconds.
if it comes on, then check for spark at the spark plug wire with a spark tester.

Remove the high tension cable to the distributor from the ignition unit. Conduct a spark test. If there's no spark, try to replace the ignition coil or the igniter.

Toyota tercel 95 no have spark in the sparplug
If not cranks at all check the battery for charge, starter, fuses
If cranks no start check wiring(replace) , distributor cap (replace), rotor, ignition coil

i would change the knock sensor first. if that doesn't fix the problem then a complete tune up would be the next step. but if the sensor has no resistance that is where i would start
