1995 jeep grand cherokee wont start

My jeep has 5.2 v-8 it has a power distribution center under the hood it has fuses in it every time you turn key on to start it it blows a small 20 amp fuse that is for engine control module

    you cannot hear fuel pump kicking on could it be blowing that fuse

IF THE FUSE BLOWS IMMEDIATELY, THE VEHICLE HAS A SHORT IN THAT CIRCUIT. CAR WON'T RUN WITH A SHORTED ECM. CHECK THE WIRING FIRST FOR A BARE OR PINCHED WIRE.

    check the fuel pump relay in the buss box where all the relays are. either the pump is locked up or you have a short in that circuit. if the pump is going over current because it won't run that will pop the fuse also.

Under the hood you have the Power Center Distribution; in the side passenger (dashboard) are the Fuse Box.
