The fuel pump relay is internal to the fuse block in the engine compartment and is not serviceable. the fuse block is called the totally integrated power module

2003 ram 1500 short bed reg cab, when i put it in 4x4. and go to turn left or right, it acting like its binding up, and rear wheels wants to spin.

if you are on dry pavement it will do that try on gravel or icy roads it will not do that

I have a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab, manual seats. The drivers side seat won't recline. The side of seat with the lever unlatches, but the opposite side does not. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Lubrication. You will need to remove the seat from the cab, and lubricate all pivots associated with the recliner mechanism. These mechanisms are made of very cheap metal alloys, and are subject to jamming and rust.

If its an automatic. Its up against the firewall should have a yellow handle.

Hey Rhonda,
No, if it was snug against the cab it would rub, make noise, cause a rust point, etc..etc.. the bed must be sitting on the frame by itself..it allows flex and movement when it's loaded and when the truck's frame is tweaked while off roading.,, this couldn't happen if the bed was against the cab.
