Hi mate, sorry but i'm not familiar with dodge,
But i do know that if the light's are working and the fuse's are ok. Then the only thing is can be is the reverse switch, and it is in the transmission box. if you look for two wires coming from it that is the switch, just change that and you will be OK!!
I hope it as helped??
Did you check the bulbs yet? It is possible both bulbs are burnt out.
SOURCE: check fuse replace brake light switch, and still
first check the fuse for the stop light circuit, if it's good, check your bulbs, it's possible they are all burned out! take one of them out, swap in a new one, and see if it lights. If not, get a wiring diagram and start checking for your powers and grounds. Take a look at the stop light switch on the brake pedal. If it's no good, there is a good chance that your cruise control may not work properly either. Good luck.

Maker sure your flasher is ok and that you are getting power you will have to trace it from there
