try replacing both master and slave cylinders at the same time. when both are removed apply brake cleaner and shop air to high pressure line running between master and slave cylinders to clear any possible cloggs. If it happens again remove your transmission and inspect clutch, bearing and linkage in bell housing for broken/binding parts.
go to autozone and borrow a scanner, check to see what the problem is then replace the part , when you have it fixed go back and use the scanner to clear the code. if you dont fix the problem the light will just come right back on if you just clear it
HAVE THE SYSTEM CHARGE CHECKED, SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A LEAK AND A LOW SYSTEM CHARGE, REPAIR THE LEAK AND AND RECHARGE THE SYSTEM UNTIL THE LOW SIDE PRESSURE IS AROUND 28 PSI
