Try removing the alarm system relay, some car alarm has also a fuse on the alarm that you can remove.
Many car alarms unlock by inserting and turning car key while you connect the battery.

did you replace the fuse.if so try to get the alarm reset location,it could be in the stupidist place like my pathfinder you have to put the key in the tailgate and turn it to glass side and hold it for 20 seconds.and then hit the hidden reset switch under the rear carpet.

Yes. First, in the fuse block under the hood check INJ A fuse and INJ B fuse. INJ A fuse is circuit 1039 which feeds the coil. If the fuse is OK, replace the coil electrical connector. I stock 2 of these at my dealership because they are needed quite often.
FYI P1351 is an ignition coil control circuit DTC.

Well, you can sometime catch the code again. Pt the key in the ignition and turn till the dash light come on (dont Start) then press and the Lock button while keeping the Lock button Pressed and turn the dash light off and put the key with the lock button Press for 10 second afterwards. If not successful first time try again. This should do it.
