I'm replacing a new drain plug but the threads in the oil pan hole need to be fix how do i fix the threads?

You should replace the pan. Pan saver plugs are for temporary use only.

You will have to remove the oil pan & silver
braze on a nut inside, the size of the drain plug, if
you want a permanent fix
