What is the torque specs for the front wheel bearing/hub assembly nut on a 2002 ford mustang?

Wheel bearing don't have torque specs (to the best of my knowedge). They have a procedure - in this case it is....
1. With everything clean and packed with grease, snug the bearing lock nut until it stops.
2. Reverse it about 1/8th to 1/4 turn and insert the cotter pin.
