This job consists of removing the strut ,undo the top ball joint and separate it from the spendlenow the cv joint might have a large nut in the center of your hub need to remove that ,once all of this is done it should slide out from the hub rotor then use a pry bar to pry it away from the transmission but make sure you have a large rag to plug up the hole on the trans your fluid will all come out onto the ground or shop floor , it best you purchase another cv axle than to just replace the cv boots
