Hi there.... Soooooooooo many ways

Look inside it if you can see- look for a burnt or broken wire or "line" inside the fuse.(you can usually see dark spots inside as an indication of burning)

Use a fuse tester

Take a 9v battery and 9v light bulb and the fuse-- connect the negative side of the bulb to the negative side of the battery connect the positive side of the build to one side of the fuse- connect the positive side of the battery to the other side of the fuse - if it lights up your it good- if not its bad-

take a 9 battery stick your tongue on the negative side of the battery connect one side of the fuse to the positive side of the battery, then stick your tongue on the other side of the fuse and if you get a gentle shock then it works

lol good luck

Locate the fuse boxes (there may be more than one) using a 12v test light (best) or test meter check both sides of each fuse while it is in place in the fuse box and both sides should provide power if the fuse is good. You may have to turn the key on and lights on to check all the fuses for power.A bad fuse will only light the test light on one side of the fuse.Another method would be to remove each fuse and visually check it for a blown out element but that will take a lot longer to do.

One of 2 ways.......

#1) mounting screws on the exterior of the brake light lens.

#2) in the trunk behind the carpeting, usually this is the easiest way. either way the bulb is held in by a twist lock bulb holder.

HERE is your owners manual in PDF Format.

The Fuse layout is on page 174.

Location 27 - 10A red fuse is your radio fuse.

The fuse panel is located on the right hand side kick panel. Remove the

SOURCE: lincoln ls transimission fluid

It is located on the transmission pan. Their is a "fluid level check screw" that you will need to take out. You aren't going to be able to just dump a quart of fluid in and be good though. These transmissions are designed under normal driving conditions to never have to be serviced and that includes the fluid. But if your like me, you like to hot rod it once in a while. Then you should change your fluid every 45,000 miles or so. The drain plug is at the very bottom of the pan. You are gonna need a little over 11.5 quarts of Mercon(R) V Transmission fluid for the 3.0 as well as the 3.9 liter. The amount of fluid needed for the transmission is the same regardless of the engine you have.
Hope this post will help someone in the future. Also their is no dipstick to check the fluid level. You have to take the screw/bolt out on the side of the Tranny Pan.

Your best ,to cut the old belt,to remove.

You can use a long handle 1/2" drive ratchet, on the belt tensioner.

The only pic is in the shop manual.

Wear long sleeves and arm protector sleeves on top. the fan housing is sharp and a tight fit. You will be there a couple hours.

Draw a picture before you start, and you won't need a diagram

Which fuses go where and for what on a 2000 lincoin ls

You have to have your owners manual on a Ford to tell what goes where. They were not smart enough to print it on the cover like Chevrolet and Chrysler does. You might be able to find and image by Googling it though.

Check your fuse panel. It could be as simple as a blown fuse. If that doesn't work be more thorough about what you've done.
