3 blinks in a row air out of vents seems to be rather cool any easy fix or something to check
Usually red light blinking on furnace Means there is a problem with a sensor. Is this a high efficiency furnace gas?
If the furnace blower motor comes on and blows cold air obviously there is no flame does the flame Come on at the beginning and then goes out within a few seconds? If so you may have a flame sensor that needs cleaning or you could have an igniter that is bad be careful with the nighters ( The ones that glow Orange) they are very sensitive to breaking. If the flame goes out after a few seconds try cleaning the flame sensor that will be a small metal rod about a 8th of an inch in diameter and probably about 3" long and it will sit Right in the flame of the furnace. If you find it take some very fine steel wool or a scotch brite pad and rub up-and-down on that small steel rod for 15 to 20 seconds then try the furnace again.

I've had the same problem with my 1999 Mazda Protege, 1.6L, Automatic.
The problem was a damaged spark plug, resulting in a loss of compression in one of the cylinders.
Solution: replace all spark plugs and make sure wires are in good condition. I recommend NGK Platinum.

The only problem with your air conditioning light blinking in the 4runner is a bad relay. Toyota has updated the relay to part #90987-02028. Call your local Toyota dealership for this relay. You can buy it at the parts counter. It is about $65. It takes 1 minute to replace. This is the first thing you should do to troubleshoot the AC blinking light. I had the exact same problem with my 2003 4runner and this relay resolved my issue. This same procedure is for the Camry and other Toyota models with the same blinking AC light, but the relay part number might differ.

Code 33 is EGR opening not detected, this is caused by a plugged EGR exhaust passage in the upper intake manifold, this is a common SHO engine fault, the valve works but the engine does nothing that the computer can sense, since no gas flows, to verify this is the problem open the egr at idle, the engine should almost die, if nothing happens or only a tiny change in idle speed or quality the passages are plugged, if it does stall or get real rough the egr position sensor (usual code for sensor is 32) may be faulty or the valve is sticking. I was a ford dealer tech for 30 years and did quite a few of these, there is a TSB (technical service bulletin) about this problem

Do you have an alarm system installed? These sound like the alarm indicator lights. They are supposed to deter theft and break ins.
Remove
the kick panel just beside the left foot rest on the driver's side.
2) Locate blue wires.
3) Locate black connector. Hold it notch up.
4) With ignition off, insert one of the wires
into top row, 2nd pin from left.
5) Turn key to on position, but do not start the
car.
6) Watch blinky check engine light on dashboard.
Count blinks. Long blinks = 10, Short blinks = 1.
7) Keep watching blinky light until you get
mesmorized.
To clear codes (after problem has
been resolved):
1) With engine off, stick the blue wires to 1st
and 2nd pin in the top row counting from left on the
black
connector, with notch facing up.
2) Start car. Shut off car. Remove pins.
3) Read codes to make sure they are clear. No
codes = steady blinks at 1/4 second intervals. yhis is for the 94, 92 should be the same. have a good day !!
