Radio plug on connector loose (Connection tab loose) or there could be a sort in the power feeds. or if none of these then an internal fault ( weak capacitor or faulty voltage regulator chip)

Hello, Besides the fuse in the car fuse box, behind the radio you should have another fuse that goes into the power line of the radio "most radio's do" . Tho some don't. That may be what has blown that is keeping it from turning on. I would suggest removing the unit from your dash and check the fuse behind there. Hope that helps ya.
I think this radio requires a security code, should have come with vehicle or you can remove it and use the sn# to contact the Dealer and they can provide code ?
