SOURCE: transmission oil change

The flush will help to remove and replace all the oil includeing the oil in the tork converter but it does not replace the filter screen.
I buy the filter kit. It comes with the new filter and trans pan gasket. Take the pan off (be careful its got 4 or 5 quarts of use oil behind it) let the oil drain out and take some paper towels and clean the inside of the pan.Remove the old filter, put in the new one. Put the pan back on with the new gasket and refill the trans oil with good quality oil. (Valvoline)
The tork converter may have a drain plug on it but most dont and you just leave that oil in.

SOURCE: Capacity of fluid for a transmission of a 2006 F150 5.4L Truck. Book says 13.9 quarts I emptied 3-4 quarts.

you must have just drained the pan? There is much more held in the converter. The one I am rebuilding this week is an 05 and doesn't have a drain plug on it (not many do anymore). A flush is the only way to change it all out. 13.9qts sounds like the total amount if the trans was completely empty, converter and all

This is really hard, because the is no drain plug.
Lose the transmission bolts and let out some oil, this is a messy job.
Good luck.

Where do you put the transmission fluid on a 2008 Kia Spectra?

Locate the transmission dipstick. To add transmission fluid, simply remove the dipstick and insert a funnel in tube, then slowly add fluid. Do not overfill, as this will cause the transmission to slip and possibly cause damage.

Where is the fuel filter located on a 2001 Mazda Protege 2.0 LX?

A 2001 Mazda Protege (actually, all models from 1999-2003 including the DX, LX, ES, Mazdaspeed, and Protege 5) does not have an inline fuel filter. The only fuel filter it has is a "strainer" or a "screen", which looks like a nylon mesh "sock". This strainer is connected to the fuel pump, located in the gas tank. Although this fuel strainer does not require periodic replacement, it is recommended that it be changed if you are replacing the fuel pump.

You are going to need a transmission shop. Mazdas do not always throw codes. You have an early OBD transmission, which do not send out many codes.
